Synergistic Solutions is:

	Looking to share and apply its extensive skills and knowledge of business and Information Processing Technology to help improve, build, grow and/or re-align existing information processing resources of a business.
	interested in and focused on helping to create and grow small (2 to 10 workstations) to medium (11 to 100 workstations) size information processing resources.
	An independent INFORMATION PROCESSING ARCHITECTURAL firm which has developed and uses the IN=>ACTS (TM) Framework to work with organizations to establish effective information processing resources.

An INFORMATION PROCESSING ARCHITECT is PEOPLE, PROCESS, TECHNOLOGY oriented and knows how to LISTEN, HEAR and UNDERSTAND the needs of a business in order to construct an EFFECTIVE Information Processing resource. The role of an INFORMATION PROCESSING ARCHITECT is similar in many respects to an office building architect. Just like an office building architect, an INFORMATION PROCESSING ARCHITECT works with you and your people to (A) establish a clear blueprint, vision or picture of what needs to be constructed and (B) proceeds to create and build the effective information processing resource for your organization.

An independent INFORMATION PROCESSING ARCHITECT can help you:

	Decide what specific technologies and products are appropriate for your business needs.
	Generate an information processing blueprint, tactical/strategic project plan, budget and costs associated with integrating these products and technologies into your business.
	Manage the implementation process

More specifically, Synergistic Solutions is interested in working with you to determine the WHY, WHAT and HOW to use Information Processing technologies within your organization to establish a:

	Networked resource (i.e., LAN, WAN, Client/Server)
	Internet access and presence (i.e., arrange for access provider, design, develop, maintain internet homepages)
	Relation database and/or data warehouse and/or Document Management resources
	Effective set of desktop/workstation software/hardware tools for office automation
	Effective management, maintenance and training arrangement with third party vendors
