Brian Duggan is a Livonia native, born, raised, and is also raising his family here in western Wayne County. Brian has been married 23 years to his lovely wife Laura, and has been blessed with two wonderful children, Roxanne (19), and Brian (14). Brian’s extensive knowledge of the Livonia and the southeastern Michigan areas, along with his 19 years of local real estate experience, is a key reason clients are 100% satisfied and are happy to refer his services to others.

Brian spent six years as a Livonia City Councilman serving the City and making Livonia a better place to live, work, and play. Prior to this experience he served five years on the Livonia housing commission. Other key accomplishments locally include being named FIRST CITIZEN in Livonia, elected President of the Livonia Jaycees, and Vice President of the Livonia Chamber of Commerce. Brian also served as Chair / Vice Chair on various Madonna University committees.

Brian continues to manage and produce annually the FIRST STEP CHARITY DANCE -A shelter for battered spouses and children in western Wayne County- now in its 17th year, which he created and has grown to a yearly sellout attendance of 1800 people.
